Important Attendee Disclosure

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable after September 2, 2026. By submitting a deposit, attendees acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Travel Arrangements: Attendees are responsible for arranging and purchasing their own airfare and for making their own transportation arrangements to and from the hotel. Roundtrip transfers are available. Please contact the Belize District Council for more information regarding available transfer options.
